1. Eligibility Requirements:
- All renters must present a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of personal auto insurance before renting any vehicle.
- The person picking up the vehicle must be the person who will be driving the vehicle.
2. Payment and Refunds:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking your rental.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a vehicle has been paid for.
3. Security Deposits:
- A security deposit is required for all rentals unless specifically stated otherwise. The amount of the deposit will be disclosed at the time of the booking and is subject to change based on the vehicle model and rental duration.
4. Surveillance and Recording:
- Renters are advised that they will be recorded upon arrival to pick up the vehicle. This recording will include both audio and visual footage to verify the identity of the renter and the condition of the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Condition and Use:
- You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental period, barring normal wear and tear.
- The vehicle is to be used only for lawful purposes and operated in a manner consistent with its intended use.
6. Liability:
- Renters are fully liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle and third parties during the rental period, subject to the terms of any applicable insurance coverage.
7. Changes to Terms of Service:
- First Place Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms unless otherwise stated.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all conditions and agree to abide by them during your rental period with First Place Rentals. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your rental and potential legal action.
